Designed specifically for ministries and faith-based organizations, this model plan provides a clear, stand-alone framework to help you develop a WVPP tailored to your unique environment. While use of this model is not mandatory, it offers essential guidance to identify, assess, and control potential workplace violence hazards. The plan supports employee engagement in compliance with LC section 6401.9 and can be adapted to work alongside an existing Injury and Illness Prevention Program (IIPP) or as a separate policy.
